A Workshop to Start Taming Your Stress Things
Stress. We all live with it. We all wrestle with it. And it doesn’t seem to go away. Don’t despair, there are simple, concrete things you can do to tame your stress things and stay on your toes and in control when the stress things do go bump in the night.
In this hands-on workshop you’ll:
• Clarify and prioritize what stresses you most,
• Identify practical, personal strategies to tame your stress and
• Create a plan of ongoing attack.
